Scope of Work of the Assets Platform and Its Role Limitations and Disclaimer

1. Limits of the Platform’s Role and Responsibility
The Assets Platform operates solely as a commercial mediator, its role being limited to presenting opportunities and projects in the form of commercial mediation and organizing the communication and linking process between the parties involved in the transaction without any intervention in investment decisions, execution, or financial negotiation.

The Assets Platform assumes no responsibility for investment or contractual decisions made by any user, whether a buyer, investor, or project owner, nor does it guarantee profits, success of any project, or completion of any transaction.

The user acknowledges that the platform’s role is exclusively limited to commercial mediation, and the platform does not engage in any of the following activities:

• Collecting, receiving, holding, or managing investors' funds or those of the parties involved in the transaction.

• Participating in the execution or management of any financial operations or cash transfers between parties.

• Issuing, selling, or promoting any stocks, shares, securities, or investment instruments.

• Providing any financial guarantees or commitments to achieve profits or future returns.

The platform also bears no financial, operational, or contractual obligations on behalf of any party, and all agreements and final obligations remain the direct and exclusive responsibility of the parties involved in the transaction.

2. Responsibility for Decisions
Each user, whether an investor, project owner, or buyer, bears full responsibility for all decisions resulting from using the platform, including decisions to enter into any transaction or contract with any party.

The Assets Platform recommends that all users independently verify the accuracy and reliability of the information provided and seek necessary legal, financial, or accounting advice before entering into any contractual obligation.

3. Risks and No Guarantee
The user acknowledges that all opportunities and projects presented through the platform inherently involve varying financial, commercial, and investment risks, which may result in partial or total loss of capital.

The Assets Platform makes no explicit or implicit guarantees regarding:

• The success of any project

• The continuity of any business activity

• Achieving profits or future returns

• The safety or feasibility of investment decisions

Both the investor and the project owner bear full responsibility for any losses, obligations, or legal consequences arising from their contractual relationship.

4. Disputes and Legal Responsibility
The relationship between the investor and the project owner is an independent and direct contractual relationship, governed by the contracts made between them and the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Assets Platform is not a party to this relationship and bears no legal, financial, or operational responsibility arising from any dispute, claim, or breach of contracts between the parties.

Any dispute arising between the parties will be dealt with directly between them, with no obligation on the platform to intervene, mediate, or represent any party.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Assets Platform adheres to all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to:

• E-commerce Regulation

• Companies Law

• Anti-Commercial Concealment Law

• Regulations governing commercial mediation activities

Users of the platform are also committed not to use it for any illegal or non-compliant purposes, and each user bears full responsibility for any regulatory violations resulting from their use of the platform.

6. User Acknowledgment
By using the Assets Platform or registering on it, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Their full awareness of this disclaimer and their complete understanding of all its terms.

• Their recognition that the role of the Assets Platform is exclusively limited to commercial mediation and organizing linking procedures only.

• Their full responsibility for their investment or contractual decisions.

• Their release of the Assets Platform from any legal, financial, or operational liability related to the projects presented or with respect to dealings with other parties.
