Mumtaz Properties welcomes project owners wishing to showcase their opportunities through the platform as a means of commercial mediation, and confirms its full commitment to protecting the confidentiality of all exchanged information and data. Once the project owner registers on the platform or provides Mumtaz Properties with any information or documents related to their project, they are deemed to have explicitly and conclusively consented to all the following provisions:

1. Commitment to confidentiality and non-disclosure
   The project owner acknowledges and agrees that all information and data exchanged with Mumtaz Properties, whether provided by them or accessed through the platform, are considered confidential and private information protected under the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The project owner undertakes not to disclose, share, or publish any confidential information relating to:

• The operating mechanism of the Mumtaz platform

• Data or identities of buyers or investors

• Operational or organizational procedures

• Any information not available to the public

Except after obtaining explicit and prior written consent from Mumtaz Properties.

1. Scope of confidential information
   Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Data of buyers or investors and their contact details

• The project evaluation mechanism, acceptance criteria, preparation, and offering

• The forms, contracts, documents, and reports related to the platform

• Internal correspondence and any operational or technical information

• Details of opportunities or transactions not authorized for public disclosure

1. Use of information
   The project owner agrees that any information obtained from Mumtaz Properties is to be used exclusively for the purpose of cooperating with the platform in the context of commercial mediation and organizing the project offer.

They are prohibited from using this information for any other purpose, including, but not limited to:

• Direct communication with buyers or investors outside the platform without written consent

• Exploiting parties' data for independent marketing or commercial purposes

• Transferring or sharing information with any third party without written authorization

1. Intellectual property rights
   All systems, content, and methodologies used in the Mumtaz platform, including but not limited to:

• Business models

• Reports

• Evaluation mechanisms

• Preparation and offering methods

• Templates and presentations

Are the exclusive intellectual property of Mumtaz Properties, protected under the intellectual property protection laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The registration of the project owner or their use of the platform does not grant any right to copy, reuse, modify, or republish any of these materials beyond the agreed-upon cooperation.

1. Non-compliance or warranty
   The project owner acknowledges that registering the project on the Mumtaz platform or providing information does not entail:

• Any legal obligation to accept the project

• Or a guarantee of its offering

• Or a guarantee of obtaining buyers or investors

• Or a guarantee of completing any transaction

Mumtaz Properties retains the full right to accept or reject any project or to stop its presentation at any time, at its professional discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

1. Breach of terms and legal responsibility
   In the event that the project owner breaches any of the obligations stated in this policy, Mumtaz Properties has the right to take all necessary legal actions, including, but not limited to:

• Stopping or deleting the project from the platform

• Blocking access to other parties' data

• Claiming compensation for any direct or indirect damages

• Taking legal action according to the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

1. Duration of confidentiality commitment
   Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations remain valid throughout the period of using the platform and continue for five (5) years after the relationship between the project owner and Mumtaz Properties ends, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Amendments to terms
   Mumtaz Properties reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with business requirements or regulatory updates, and project owners will be notified of any amendments through the approved official channels.

1. Acknowledgment and Consent
   Once the project owner registers on the Mumtaz platform or provides any information or documents, they explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Their full review of this policy and understanding of its contents

• Their full commitment to all confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses

• Their full legal responsibility in case of breaching any of its provisions

If they do not agree to any item of this policy, they must immediately refrain from registering or stop using the platform.
