• The user: Any natural or legal person using the platform, whether in the capacity of a project owner, an investor, or a visitor.

• The project owner: The entity that submits a business project to be presented via the platform.

• The investor: The person or entity that reviews projects or communicates about them for the purpose of investment or interest.

2. Nature of Services

The platform receives business projects and conducts a non-detailed preliminary review of the essential legal documents, which include – for example but not limited to:

• The commercial register

• The type of commercial activity

• The validity of the legal licenses

• Data of the legal representative

This review aims solely to verify the existence of a valid legal entity, and it does not constitute in any way a comprehensive financial, legal, or operational audit.

The services of the platform do not include:

• Providing financial, legal, or tax advisory

• Evaluating investment feasibility or guaranteeing its success

• Intervening in the drafting or execution of contracts between the parties

3. Limitation of Liability

The platform's liability is limited to the preliminary verification of the essential legal documents submitted by the project owner.

The platform shall not bear any liability for:

• The accuracy, correctness, or completeness of the information or financial forecasts

• The investment decisions made by users

• The results of transactions, partnerships, or agreements

• Any direct or indirect losses resulting from using the platform

It is the user's responsibility to independently verify all information and seek advice from specialized consultants before entering into any investment or contractual commitment.

4. Funds and Transfers

The platform does not receive, hold, or manage any funds or transfers from any party.

All financial transactions and transfers between the project owner and the investor are conducted directly at their own full responsibility, without any intervention or guarantee from the platform.

The platform recommends using reliable payment methods and documenting transactions in compliance with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Commissions

The platform charges a commercial mediation commission from the project owner only for the preliminary review services, presentation on the platform, and marketing.

The platform does not collect any fees or commissions from investors or visitors.

The commission rate or amount is determined under a separate and prior agreement with the project owner before the presentation, and the commission does not guarantee the completion of the deal or achieving any investment returns.

The platform has the right to amend the commission policy in the future, provided that this does not affect existing agreements.

6. Transparency and Disclosure

The platform is committed to displaying projects only after verifying the essential legal documents.

All marketing information and financial forecasts are the sole responsibility of the project owner, and the platform bears no responsibility for their accuracy, correctness, or completeness.

The platform encourages investors not to rely solely on the information presented, and to carry out the necessary verification and study before making any decision.

7. Contracts and Ownership

The platform is not a party to any contract or agreement executed between users.

All agreements are concluded outside the scope of the platform, with the sole responsibility of the contracting parties.

The ownership of the content, projects, and materials presented remains with their owners, and copying, reusing, or publishing them is prohibited without explicit written permission.

8. Legal Disputes

The platform does not intervene in any dispute arising between users, whether before or after concluding any agreement.
