Introduction
The registration of the project on the Muwaqqat platform or providing it with any data or documents constitutes an explicit and final approval from the project owner of all terms and conditions stated in this document, including confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses and limits of platform liability, without the need for a separate signature, and this acknowledgment is legally binding.
First: Accuracy of Data and Information
The project owner acknowledges that all data, information, and documents submitted through the registration form or at any later stage are correct, accurate, and complete, and bears full legal responsibility in the event that they are proven to be inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or outdated.
The Muwaqqat platform has the right, at any time and without any legal liability, to reject, suspend, or withdraw the project if it becomes apparent that there is incorrect or misleading information.
Second: Project Evaluation and Acceptance
The Muwaqqat platform evaluates the submitted projects according to approved internal professional standards, which include – but are not limited to – assessing the idea, business model, operational readiness, feasibility for launch, and its suitability to the nature of the business mediation provided by the platform.
The project owner acknowledges and agrees to the following:
That submitting a registration request does not constitute acceptance of the project and does not create any obligation on the platform to provide mediation or launch services.
That the acceptance or rejection of the project is subject to the absolute discretion of the Muwaqqat platform and in accordance with its professional vision.
That some projects, especially those of an innovative or unique nature, may be subject to additional criteria or limited acceptance rates as deemed appropriate by the platform.
Third: Work Policy and Registration Procedures
The project owner agrees to adhere to the operating mechanism approved by the Muwaqqat platform, which includes the following stages:
Submitting a project registration request including all required data and information.
Holding an introductory meeting when needed (in-person or remotely as determined by the platform).
Evaluating the project from technical, operational, and financial aspects after the meeting.
Signing the commercial mediation contract if the project is accepted.
Starting to present the project and link the parties to the deal only after signing the mediation contract.
The project owner acknowledges that any dealings with the parties to the deal occur only through the approved channels in the platform and in accordance with the provisions of the mediation contract.
Fourth: Limits of the Platform's Liability
The project owner acknowledges full awareness that the Muwaqqat platform:
Does not guarantee that the project will secure investment, partnership, or completion of any deal.
Is not responsible for the decisions of buyers or investors or the outcomes of negotiations.
Does not provide any investment or financial recommendations or profitability guarantees.
Exclusively acts as a mediator and organizes the procedures for linking the parties to the deal according to the mediation contract.
The decision to enter into or complete any deal remains an independent responsibility of its parties without any liability on the platform.
Fifth: Submission of Documents and Files
The project owner commits to providing the Muwaqqat platform with all necessary documents, papers, and data for evaluating and presenting the project, ensuring their accuracy, validity, and continuous updating whenever requested.
The project owner acknowledges that all financial data, operational forecasts, marketing or investment estimates provided are solely from him, and he remains fully legally responsible for their accuracy and validity and their compliance with reality, without any obligation, guarantee, or endorsement from the Muwaqqat platform on it.
