1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
The investor agrees that all information obtained from Property Company, whether directly or indirectly, is considered confidential information and is protected under the Anti-Financial Fraud and Breach of Trust System in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The investor pledges not to share, publish, or disclose any information regarding investment opportunities to any third party without prior written consent from Property Company.
This includes (but is not limited to): financial data, operational reports, feasibility studies, marketing plans, partnership contracts, and internal correspondence related to the offered opportunities.
2. Exclusive Use of Information
The investor agrees that the information provided by Property Company is to be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the investment opportunity and making a decision regarding it.
This information may not be exploited for any other purposes, including but not limited to:
Creating similar or competing projects.
Sharing information with other parties for commercial or legal gain.
Redistributing, republishing, or modifying any documents or reports provided by Property Company.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All information and materials provided, including reports, data, presentations, and contracts, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Property Company or the owners of the investment opportunities, under the Intellectual Property Protection System in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The registration of the investor does not grant any intellectual property rights or licenses to use, modify, republish, or exploit this information outside the terms of the agreement.
4. No Legal Obligation
Registering as an investor and reviewing investment opportunities does not constitute a legal obligation on Property Company or the investor to complete any investment deal.
Property Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any investment opportunity without prior notice, and it has the right to refuse to share certain information for any reason it sees fit.
5. Legal Actions for Breach of Terms
In the event of a violation of any of these terms, Property Company has the right to take all legal actions in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which include, but are not limited to:
Anti-Financial Fraud and Breach of Trust System – penalizes anyone who unlawfully exploits confidential information.
Cyber Crimes System – imposes penalties for leaking or publishing protected electronic data without authorization.
Saudi Companies System – regulates the exchange of commercial and investment information between parties.
Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) – protects investors' data and prevents its use outside the agreed purposes.
Penalties may include:
Requesting the investor to delete or return all documents and information obtained.
Imposing financial fines in accordance with applicable regulations.
Taking legal actions, which may include imprisonment or financial compensation, depending on the nature of the violation.
The investor agrees that any dispute arising out of the breach of these terms will be subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts will be the legal reference for resolving the dispute.
6. Duration of Confidentiality Obligation
These terms and conditions remain in effect throughout the investor's registration period on the platform, and the confidentiality obligations continue for no less than five (5) years after the registration ends or the relationship between the investor and Property Company is terminated, unless another period is mutually agreed upon in writing.
7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Property Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time based on business requirements or legal changes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Investors will be notified of any updates via the website, email, or any official communication means adopted by the company.
8. Agreement to Terms
By registering as an investor on the site and reviewing investment opportunities, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms mentioned above.
If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, please refrain from registering or discontinue using the platform and the available investment opportunities.

The investor agrees that the information provided by Mamalakat is to be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the investment opportunity and making a decision regarding it.
This information may not be exploited for any other purposes, including but not limited to:
Creating similar or competing projects.
Sharing information with other parties in order to benefit from it commercially or legally.
Re-distributing, publishing, or modifying any documents or reports provided by Mamalakat.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All information and materials provided, including reports, data, presentations, and contracts, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mamalakat or the owners of the investment opportunities, under the Saudi Arabia Intellectual Property Protection Law.
Registration as an investor does not grant any intellectual property rights or licenses to use, modify, re-publish, or exploit this information outside the scope of the agreement.
4. No Legal Obligation
Registration as an investor and accessing investment opportunities does not constitute a legal obligation on Mamalakat or the investor to complete any investment deal.
Mamalakat reserves the right to modify or cancel any investment opportunity without prior notice, and has the right to refuse to share certain information for any reason it deems appropriate.
5. Legal Actions in Case of Breach of Terms
In case of violation of any of these terms, Mamalakat has the right to take all legal actions in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which include, but are not limited to:
Anti-Fraud and Breach of Trust Law – Anyone who illegally exploits confidential information will be punished.
Cyber Crime Law – Imposes penalties for leaking or publishing protected electronic data without permission.
Saudi Companies Law – Regulates the exchange of commercial and investment information between parties.
Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) – Protects investors' data and prevents its use outside the agreed purposes.

The investor agrees that any dispute arising from the breach of these terms shall be subject to the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts shall be the legal reference for resolving the dispute.
6. Duration of Confidentiality Obligation
These terms and conditions shall remain in effect throughout the investor's registration on the platform, and the confidentiality obligations shall continue for no less than five (5) years after the cessation of registration or termination of the relationship between the investor and Property Company, unless another duration is agreed upon in writing.
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Property Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with business requirements or legal changes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Investors will be notified of any updates through the website, email, or any official communication method adopted by the company.
