1. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Mamalekat Company: A company specialized in business brokerage between investors and project owners, providing consulting services and coordinating investment opportunities.
Investor: Any individual or legal entity registered on the platform for the purpose of seeking investment opportunities.
Project Owner: Any individual or company offering an investment project for funding or partnership.
Platform: The Mamalekat electronic platform, including all services and digital content provided through it.
Agreement: These terms and conditions that govern the use of the platform and the services provided through it.
2. Scope of Use
The user acknowledges that the use of the platform is for lawful and legitimate business purposes only, in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the e-commerce law and the Saudi companies law.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:
Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions on the platform.
Posting or sharing any content that violates laws or intellectual property rights.
Using the platform to conduct any fraudulent or illegal transactions.
Attempting unauthorized access to other users' data or the internal system of the platform.
3. Account Registration
Users are obliged to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including (name, mobile number, email, country, city, type of investment, and expected investment size).
Mamalekat Company has the right to refuse or cancel the registration of any user without prior notice if it is found that false information has been provided or that there is a violation of regulations.
The user is fully responsible for the confidentiality of their account data and any activities conducted through it, and Mamalekat Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of the account.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Mamalekat Company is committed to protecting users' data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
All investment projects listed on the platform are subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that must be signed before sharing any sensitive details.
Neither the investor nor the project owner may share or republish the investment or financial information obtained through the platform without prior written consent.
5. Presenting Investment Opportunities and Processing Mechanism
The investor has the right to choose how to submit the investment opportunity according to the following options:
Send opportunity details via email or WhatsApp – to be sent within (24 hours).
Present the opportunity online via a virtual meeting – a meeting will be scheduled within (72 hours).
Present the opportunity in-person at Mamalekat's premises – the meeting will be scheduled within (5 business days).
Mamalekat Company shall not be liable for investment decisions made based on the provided information, as the final decision rests solely with the investor.
6. Fees and Commissions
Mamalekat Company has the right to impose fees or commissions on certain investment services, and the fees will be specified in the contracts or agreements entered into between the parties.
All fees are subject to the financial and accounting regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the zakat and tax law.
Mamalekat Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-payment of due fees.
7. Legal Liability
Mamalekat Company acts solely as an investment intermediary and assumes no legal or financial responsibility for the outcomes of transactions between investors and project owners.
Users assume full responsibility for their investment decisions, and they must conduct due diligence before completing any investment deal.
Mamalekat Company has the right to suspend or cancel the account of any user who violates these terms or misuses the services provided through the platform.
8. Termination or Modification of Services
Mamalekat Company reserves the right to modify or suspend any service provided through the platform without prior notice, in accordance with business interests and the requirements of Saudi regulations.
The user has the right to cancel their account at any time, but this does not exempt them from any existing financial or legal obligations.
9. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the e-commerce law, the companies law, and the cybercrime law.
In case of any dispute between the parties, it shall be first resolved amicably, and if that is not possible, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Mamalekat Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with legal changes or business requirements.

11. Acceptance of Terms
