How is the seller's identity protected?

The seller's identity stays hidden until approval and the NDA are in place, and all communication happens inside the platform only, protecting both parties' rights.

How do I make an offer and negotiate?

You submit your offer in riyals inside the chat, and it expires after 72 hours without a reply. The free plan gives you one offer; paid plans let you negotiate with several.

What happens after the offer is accepted?

You confirm the final offer, the sale contract is generated automatically and sent for e-signature — the last step before closing the deal.

What are the plans and prices?

Buyers have a free plan for browsing, expressing interest and negotiating, and two paid plans that add the featured badge and comparison tools. Business owners have four annual plans. Full prices, VAT included, are on the plans page in the platform.

Do I need to verify my identity first?

Yes. Identity verification is required before you can express interest in any business, to ensure serious parties and protect everyone.
